About Training By Liberty
Training by Liberty is the training branch of Liberty Talking Therapy Limited
Training by Liberty is founded on the principles of relevant and affordable counselling training for all. We like nothing better than an opportunity to demonstrate our passion for the work we are privileged to undertake and what better way to do that than to pass that knowledge on to new and developing counsellors.
Catherine, our director has been fortunate enough to have worked as a counselling tutor in further education establishments before branching out on her own so that she can deliver the quality training that she feels is essential to providing learning is structured and accessible and relevant to the ever changing needs of the developing counselling profession.
Our tutors also work in private practice which means that they have relevant and current knowledge of what being a practicing counsellor entails so that experience informs the training that is provided.

I believe that it is important to be accessible to counsellors or trainee counsellors; being a counsellor can be an expensive business so I pride myself that courses are affordable and good value for money

Due to COVID19 I have had to develop flexible ways to deliver the courses, now able to offer traditional face to face learning in other ways and therefore have developed independent on-line learning as well as adapting content to be deliverable virtually
